Any commission is a digital good and doesn't require shipping, unless stated otherwise.

The seller is the copyright holder of the sold artwork, excluding character design.

The customer is permitted to use the commissioned artwork for any personal (non-commercial) use, which includes uploading the image online, as long as the seller is credited.

The seller can publish the commissioned artwork to any site or place, unless agreed otherwise with the buyer.

Payment is taken via a PayPal invoice.

No refunds for finished artworks.

The buyer is not permitted to alter or overpaint the artwork, and cannot commission other artists to do so. The buyer is welcome to contact the original seller for any edits.

Major edits (such as change of pose, composition, background) are available at an early stage of the commission (sketch or lineart).

The seller can refuse a commission without explanation. In such case, payment will not be accepted, or will be refunded.

I do NOT allow my artwork to be sold as NF/Ts or used in AI training.

Any adoptable is a digital good and doesn't require shipping, unless stated otherwise.

Real-life currency payment is taken via a PayPal invoice.

Upon purchasing the adoptable, the buyer becomes the copyright holder of the character's design. For rules regarding artwork attached to the adoptable, see the General section.

The buyer will receive a full-res image of the purchased character, and any additional files; once the payment has been sent.

In case the purchased character has a ToyHou.se profile, and the buyer has a ToyHou.se account, the character will be transferred over ToyHou.se instead.

After the buyer receives the aforementioned files it will not be possible to return the adoptable to the seller or get a refund.

The buyer is permitted to re-gift or re-sell the purchased adoptable.

The buyer cannot claim to be the designer of the adoptable. Crediting the designer is appreciated, but not necessary (unless on sites that require credit, such as Toyhouse or ArtFight).

The buyer is permitted to tweak the design a little, for example by adding accessories or changing the species.

The buyer is not permitted to edit the seller's artwork. However, the buyer is welcome to contact the seller regarding any edits.
